Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data the Telexicon website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Telexicon is a brand of Athnova Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15171331, registered office Churchill House, 137–139 Brent Street, London NW4 4DJ, United Kingdom. Athnova Solutions Ltd is the controller for the personal data described here.

What this notice covers
It covers this website and the access request form. Numbers, lists and ratesheets that customers send us for analysis are handled under the customer agreement for the service, not under this notice.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, company, work email, the job you want to do, rough volume and any notes you send through the access form | To reply to your request, arrange a trial and send a quote | Legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract |
| Emails you send to us | To reply and keep a record of our conversation | Legitimate interests |
| Technical request data (IP address, browser, time) handled by our hosting provider | To serve the site securely and protect it from abuse | Legitimate interests |
| Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and an identifier in an analytics cookie, if you accept statistics cookies | To understand how the marketing pages are used | Consent |
We don't use the form data for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.
Cookies and tracking
Cookiebot asks you to accept or refuse statistics cookies, and stores that choice in a cookie on your browser for up to 12 months. That cookie is strictly necessary so the site can remember your choice. It is set before you choose.
If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures use of the marketing pages: pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser details. We do not use it for advertising, and the signed-in portal does not load it. If you refuse, the analytics tag does not run. Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a visit happened and that analytics was refused, so its reports can allow for the visits it cannot measure. That signal is not used to identify you.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a marketing page loads.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the form handler.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics) stores your cookie choice and shows the consent banner.
- Google serves the web fonts and, if you accept statistics cookies, provides Google Analytics.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on transfer safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. The cookie that stores your consent choice lasts up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in that Google Analytics property.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email hello@telexicon.com. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and change the date at the top.
